Plaza Midwood
Do you like big city living with all the bells and whistles, but feel like you're missing out on that good ol' southern charm? Plaza Midwood is the perfect place for you! This unique neighborhood has a perfect mix of traditional Southern values and eclectic creativity. You'll never find yourself bored here because there's always something new to explore.
What makes Plaza Midwood so special is its sense of community and it is one of Charlotte's most vibrant neighborhoods. People come together to support local businesses and enjoy the diverse range of offerings. You can find historic homes alongside consignment shops selling second-hand goods and it's a place where there are breweries, book stores, and even graffiti-covered buildings. Whether you're looking for a place to grab a beer with friends or to find a unique piece of art, you'll feel right at home in Plaza Midwood.

Dilworth
One of Charlotte's most charming and historic neighborhoods is Dilworth. It is a highly sought-after neighborhood to live in because of the bungalows and sophisticated luxury flats that border the tree-lined avenues. Friendly residents can frequently be found socializing at block parties or holiday celebrations. The neighborhood's attractiveness is strengthened by the presence of several coffee shops, wine bars, and restaurants in addition to the homes and trees. Dilworth is certainly a spot to think about if you're seeking a place to call home that offers a little bit of everything.

NoDa
Looking for a fun activity to indulge in this weekend? Why not explore NoDa, Charlotte's arts, and entertainment district? Just a few minutes north of the city center by car or LYNX light rail, you'll find yourself in a hipster haven full of brightly colored murals and historic textile mills. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers, and breweries to choose from, so you're sure to find something to your taste. And if you get tired of walking around, you can always hop on the free trolley for a ride. So why not visit NoDa this Saturday and see what all the fuss is about?

Elizabeth
Elizabeth is one of Charlotte's most historic and best-loved neighborhoods. It was the city's second oldest streetcar suburb, and its tree-lined streets and beautiful homes are a reminder of its rich history. Elizabeth is known for its calm and relaxed atmosphere, but it is also home to some of Charlotte's best restaurants, shops, and parks. The neighborhood has always been one of the city's major business and residential areas, and it is still an important part of Charlotte today. Elizabeth is a great place to live, work, and play. The neighborhood's convenient location, beautiful homes, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants make it one of the most desirable places to live in Charlotte.

Cornelius
Cornelius is a great neighborhood for people who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - the peace and quiet of a small town and the convenience of being close to the city. It is situated close to I-77, which makes it convenient to travel to different parts of the state. This town has been known for its beautiful views, and many people have relocated here because of its stunning scenery. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, from boating and fishing to sunbathing and water-skiing.
Many people have made this town their home, and they are always willing to help out newcomers. And don't forget to get your photo with the life-size sculpture of Mark Twain in front of the town library! Whether you're looking for a summer destination or a place to call home, Cornelius is definitely worth checking out.

Huntersville
Huntersville is a great place to live for many reasons. One reason is that it is very close to nature. There are many outdoor attractions, such as parks and trails, where you can see wildlife and learn about the history of the area. Huntersville is also a very friendly community. People are always willing to help you out, and there are many amenities that you can use without having to go into Charlotte. Lastly, Huntersville has easy access to Lake Norman, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Founded in 1873, the town was originally home to a railroad and fertile acres. Today, the town is home to the Carolina Raptor Center, the Latta Plantation Nature Center and Preserve, and Discovery Place Kids–Huntersville. These attractions are popular among locals and tourists alike. Birkdale Village is another popular spot in Huntersville, offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Whether you're looking for a place to take the kids or a place to enjoy the outdoors, Huntersville has something for everyone.

Matthews
Matthews is a city located in the suburbs of North Carolina that has experienced substantial growth in recent years. This once small town has transformed into a bustling strip full of active families and young professionals. Downtown Matthews boasts historic buildings and rail cars from when the city was first established. In addition to its rich history, downtown Matthews also offers a variety of modern amenities such as the Jekyll & Hyde Taphouse and Grill. This Irish/English pub is a great place to enjoy a cold beer with friends and family. The community vibes are strong in this taphouse, making it a great place to gather with locals.
Matthews Playhouse of the Performing Arts is another gem in Matthews, North Carolina. The theatre has been operating for over 30 years and provides a platform for local talent to shine. Kids can take acting classes at the playhouse and more seasoned actors can take to the stage. If they're not busy doing stage work, then maybe some live music will inspire them. On one side of the street, musicians play their instruments whilst actors practice their craft on the other side. For a fun night out or a place to relax with friends, downtown Matthews is the place for you!

Eastover
If you're looking for a little slice of history in Charlotte, then you'll want to visit Eastover. This quaint neighborhood is home to some of the city's most notable leaders, and its homes are spacious and well-maintained. Families who have resided in Eastover for generations are welcoming to newcomers, and the neighborhood is only minutes away from the center of Charlotte. The new water treatment facility in Eastover is eco-friendly and reclaims every drop of water before it is sent to the ground. The retreat center at Eastover is ideal for different organizations and companies to host retreats, workshops, and group events.
And one of the highlights of Eastover is the Mint Museum Randolph. This museum houses an impressive collection of artifacts from around 200 years ago, spanning all of history. Visitors come from near and far just to see this collection, which includes a very famous painting by Childe Hassam. So don't miss out on this hidden gem while you're visiting Charlotte. You'll be glad you made the trip!
